15h30 : Departure for nature walking with Géraldine, meeting point: Terrace of Centre Culturel (the venue)

We are happy to propose you a weekend dedicated to tango and relaxation, with true contact withnature and yourself. The event takes place in a magic location in the Sienese countryside equipped with a splendid dance room, called ‘Hakuin’ (hidden in whiteness) with large picture windows and white parquet floor as well as air conditioning. We will send you pictures of the venue so that you, as happened to us, can fall in love with this wonderful place. You will also be able to use the beautiful swimming pool as the dates we booked for the event are 9,10,11 of June 2023. The intent of this ‘retreat’ is to live tango in a serene atmosphere of sharing and sociability.

There are accommodations, holiday apartments and hotels near the Stadthalle. Please try to find accommodation early.

This email is a preliminary confirmation. After receipt of payment I will send a final confirmation.

The ronda pass includes vegetables, fruit, small snacks (finger food), coffee, tea & cake!

ronda pass costs €110 per person.

Terms & Conditions & Registration:

Participation is limited to 80 followers and 80 leaders. We try to guarantee a balance between women and men.

After receipt of payment you will receive a final confirmation of participation.

If you cancel by March 3rd, 2023, we will retain 50% of the amount. From March 4th, 2023, a refund of the total amount is no longer possible unless a replacement person is found. I reserve the right to accept the substitute. The regulation to get the money for the ronda pass refunded in case of cancellation only applies until April 30th. After that no refund is possible. We ask for your understanding.

It goes without saying that the fee will be refunded by us in the event of cancellation.

If a participant cancels as a couple, both places will be given to another couple to guarantee a balance between men and women.

I reserve the right to provide a replacement. There is a waiting list in which participants are listed. We ask for your understanding!

By paying for the ronda pass, the participants accept these terms and conditions.
